Every paying Snoobi user can contact us online or by phone with questions on how to find the metrics, reports or settings. We support you in finding the best method to select, segment or filter the analytics metrics that you need, and point you in the right direction where additional information is in our extensive documentation. The free service does not include creating reports or solutions, but we will point you in the right direction, explain menu, filters and settings options. Alternatively, we will quote you some time from our analytics consulting team.

Most Snoobi Editions have Onboarding Service included to get you started with the setup of the most important elements and every paid Snoobi account comes with access to our extensive online Help Center and our standard online and phone-based support. Every Free Dashboard user can access the online Help Center or request additional assistance.
