New in Snoobi Analytics

We are excited to share the updates to Snoobi Analytics with this latest, September 2026 release.
This update focuses on smarter AI recognition, better identification of cloud-based traffic and more flexible dashboard options to help you get the most useful insight out of your analytics.

Here is a summary of what's new:

Smarter AI and traffic recognition
  • AI Traffic visibility: Improved identification of AI-driven traffic (like ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude) in visitor routes and segmentation.
  • Enhanced AI detection: Expanded recognition to ensure your data accurately reflects modern search and browsing habits.
Cloud Provider identification (CLD)
  • Filter Cloud traffic: Identify and filter traffic from major cloud providers (Amazon, Google, Microsoft) to separate business visits from automated service traffic.
  • Organization type: "Cloud Provider" (for instance Amazon, Google Cloud or Microsoft Azure) is now a selectable organization type in addition to ISP, Educational, Government or Company, enabling you to focus on the important visitor type.
If you have existing reports or Datafeeds that exclude Internet Service Providers we automatically exclude Cloud Providers (Data Centers) as well. Many bots and (AI) scrapers use these cloud providers so this enables you to exclude these from your standard analytics but still maintain full visibility of all traffic if needed.
Dashboard & reporting improvements
  • Custom dashboards: Any Snoobi user can now select a custom report as their main dashboard, directly available after login.
This means you immediately have access to the metrics that interest you most.
  • Free Snoobi Dashboard: Free Snoobi Dashboard users can now easily share the dashboard by sending a link.
  • New "Exit Page" metric: In the Visits Panel, easily see where visitors are leaving your site.
  • Organization Profiler integration: Add the Profiler panel directly to your custom reports, this also enables the AI-research option for report subscribers.
User experience & interface
  • Persistent menu Settings: Snoobi now remembers your collapsed menu preferences across sessions, allowing for a larger screen area for reporting panels.
  • Diagram and performance: Updated charting engine for better performance and clearer visual data.

Behind the scenes
