In April of 2007, Snoobi made a survey concerning the market situation of visitor tracking softwares in Finland. Snoobi's survey focused on browser-based visitor tracking softwares, by scanning through 98 793 .fi domains. Browser-based tracking software was found on 7 042 of those 98 793 sites.
