Implementation and user training
A tag needs to be added directly to the company's web pages in order to allow Snoobi to function. Customers commonly insert it by themselves, but we aid in the process whenever needed. We can insert the tag on behalf of the customer as well. We ensure that the tag and tracking functions are operational from the beginning of the contract. Snoobi is compatible with all content management and publishing systems and, in case of any difficulties, we will be in direct contact with the system administrators.
Our tracking system provides a wide variety of detailed information. In order to make sure that our customer correctly understands the information provided by our application correctly, as well as gets the most out of the service, we also provide user training on the various aspects of reporting. It is imperative that the customers can understand the report and draw correct conclusions from it. Different staff members are able to utilize the service and reports in different ways. It is therefore useful to discuss the report utilization in terms of distinct tasks and decisions with all users, to ensure that they can put the information to optimal use.
During week days, Snoobi's customer service and technical support can be reached by e-mail or phone between 9:00 and 16:00. At other times we respond to critical questions. Being a young and flexible Finnish company, we are easy to work with and can solve most inquiries immediately over the phone.
