First successful seminar for Snoobi Benelux!

Following the success of the seminars that were held in other countries Snoobi Benelux organized its first seminar in Amsterdam on 26 March 2009, titled “Uw website verdient méér!” (translates as: Your website earns more).


In the current economic climate the theme of “making more money” proved to be very well chosen, since a lot of companies from The Netherlands and Belgium participated in the seminar.
During this event companies could learn how they can improve the performance of their website and about the added value of Snoobi's web analytics and statistics.
Snoobi organized this seminar in close cooperation with its growing network of partners.

The seminar is the first in a series of seminars and webinars targeting companies from different sectors to inform them about the potential of online marketing and the value of the Snoobi service and tool.
 

The seminar kicked of with Vanessa Bos from Us Consulting and her presentation on setting clear goals for your website. What do you want to achieve with your website and what are the objectives for online marketing? She also provided tips on how you can best create KPI's and use them.
 

Pekka Koskinen, CTO of Snoobi Oy emphazised how important it is to properly measure and analyze what is happening on the website. With a short demonstration he showed how easy and quickly you can analyze website behaviour. Based on the results, the next step is then to build your online marketing activities behaviour.

The following presentation by Charles Odinot, from SnooBI Benelux was called “Action!" He explicitly told the audience that he was not offering a "crash course in internet marketing”. Instead he introduced a number of online marketing opportunities that will bring more visitors to your website and what methods, like search engine optimization and AdWords campaigns can support your online marketing and improve your results. The Snoobi analytics tool provides all information on website visitors, including potential leads, and the results of marketing activities.


The last speaker of this seminar was Margreet van Muyden from Barnsten Business Solutions. She showed how her company had implemented the theory and recommendations that were offered during the seminar. As one of the first customers in The Netherlands, Barnsten started using Snoobi in the summer of 2008: "the website is a marketing tool for us and works for us 24/7” she stated, and “with Snoobi we know exactly what is happening on our website and how we can improve our performance.”
