Further refined e-mail reporting: receive KPI reports by e-mail
As of 18.5.2009, Snoobi's version 2.5.5 is available for all of our customers. It brings extra boost to the previously released features. Snoobi now lets you choose more precise delivery preferences for e-mail reports, including the automatic e-mailing of KPI reports!
The report also comes in a new language, Swedish. Read in more detail below or use the
help buttons found in the web reports.
Automatic e-mail reporting available for KPI reports »
- Effortless way of keeping track of your website and online marketing progress
- Each KPI recipient can choose whether the report is sent weekly or monthly
- Each KPI recipient can choose whether the e-mail contains data on a day-by-day, week-by-week or month-by-month basis
- Receive the KPI report as either an Excel or CSV file
- For the Main report's KPI values, you can additionally choose between receiving absolute and percentile values

Delivery preferences for standard e-mail reports »
- The delivery frequency can be chosen between weekly and monthly
- Adjustable time interval: set how many weeks or months of results the e-mail displays
- Choose the delivery day freely

KPI report comparisons on a year-to-year level »
- Compare the progress of Key Performance Indicators to the previous year's results
- Particularly useful for companies that operate seasonally and want to compare for example's last summer's result to this summer
- To view year-to-year comparisons, click on the tab Addition Information

Additions to the Target Group Report »
- Possibility to save searches for later use
- Select or deselect all search options
- New search variables within the Advanced View tab
- Bouncers (visits with only one page view)
- Page views between X and X. Lets you give minimum and/or maximum values for how many pages the visitor has viewed -> easier to spot the genuinely interested visitors
- Landing pages (the first arrival of a visit to a certain page, arrival through an external link)
- In-site search engines and in-site search term have been added under the Content tab
