Snoobi report 2.2, launched 28.2.2008


The new improvements include a couple of new features but we've also focused on making Goals more useful. Short bulletins are available below.

 


Monetary Values for Goals (from the Settings)

  • Give goals financial values, which will aid in estimating how much profit goal-goers produce. This will give you a ROI estimate.
  • For example, if you assess that every other contact request leads to a sale and the average sale is valued at 50€, you could decide that the monetary value of such a goal is 25 EUR.
  • Monetary values can be defined from the Settings.




Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for Goals (in the report)

  • Goals are important target pages. To give due emphasis on these goals, we've added KPIs at the top of the report to help you keep abreast of their success.
  • Keep track of how well goals score visitors; how many visits lead to a goal (conversion) or what these visits would be worth, if their monetary value was realized.
  • If you haven't made any goals yet, start by adding some through the Settings. Good goals are usually pages following form-submits (such as "thank you for contacting us" and "order verification" pages), price lists and brochures.

A new means of giving Page names: headers

  • A page's header (visible in the browser window) can be easily picked and used to form a Page name! It's just the push of a button away and you don't need to know how to programme.
  • However, please use be cautious when using headers as Page names and go through all headers before making the selection. The headers may not always change or they may be poorly named, in which case they won't work well as Page names!
  • In addition, you can also use the familiar ways to create Page names; through the settings or by adding a &page_name= parametre to the Snoobi tag.

Corporate View - a summary of several accounts

  • Available to clients with 5 or more tracking accounts
  • The Corporate View enables a glance at several accounts without needing to view each' report separately.
  • You can define your own features / indicators of success, which will best account for the developments on your website.
  • You can define a Corporate View from the Front page after sign-in.




Easy log-in through other management systems

  • Snoobi's partners have the possibility to offer their clients a direct log-in to Snoobi via their own management system.
  • Please inquire more from your CMS provider.
