Snoobi localizes its web analytics services for Estonia
Snoobi has adapted its popular web analytics tool for the Estonian language, taking Estonian users better into account and strengthening SnooBI Oy's position on the Eastern market. Localizing the service to each new country is an integral part of the company's strategy for internationalization. Adaptation to each country is particularly valuable for the local key decision makers within marketing and sales. Being able to do fast analysis, without the risk of ambiguous interpretations due to language differences, will make it possible to make use of the web analytics to a maximum. With this improvement SnooBI Oy aims to help their clients reach a more effective online presence as a part of the company's palette of servies.
As it stands, Snoobi is the only web analytics tool which is available in Estonian.
”Instead of simply selling software to our clients, we want to provide our users with a comprehensive web analytics package which contains local support functions and reports in the client's own language. We think that it is crucial that the clients can access all necessary help from one and the same place, be it a need for training, consultation, technical assistance or anything related to website tracking", CEO Jukka Ropponen of SnooBI Oy sums up.
As the person in charge of the translation process, Aleks Perijainen of Oü Snoobi Balticissa sees the newly finished language addition as an important milestone on the Estonian market: ”For us here in Estonia, it is important that solutions and services are available to us in our native language. This wish has become appartent from our clientele, who have happily welcomed the new language flag and support services.”
